Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2, 2026
These terms apply to the DroneLook USA website, DroneLook app, DroneLook hardware, DroneLook Command, and related services unless a separate written agreement applies.
Remote ID awareness only
DroneLook products are passive Remote ID awareness tools. They are not drone mitigation, jamming, takeover, interdiction, law-enforcement authorization, or aviation safety-of-life systems. DroneLook output may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, unavailable, or affected by hardware limits, radio conditions, aircraft behavior, device configuration, permissions, and network availability.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Using DroneLook products only where and how you are legally allowed to use them.
- Complying with aviation, communications, privacy, site, employment, and data protection requirements that apply to you.
- Obtaining any notices, consents, approvals, or authorizations needed for your use, including for locations, personnel, sites, devices, and uploaded observations.
- Reviewing detections and alerts before taking action. DroneLook does not replace professional judgment, emergency services, air traffic services, or legal advice.
Detection data and uploaded observations
DroneLook hardware and software may receive, store, display, export, upload, or sync Remote ID observations and related metadata. If you submit, upload, sync, or otherwise provide Remote ID observations or related device data to DroneLook USA, you grant DroneLook USA a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, sublicensable license to host, process, reproduce, analyze, aggregate, de-identify, modify, create derivative works from, share, license, sell, commercialize, and otherwise use that data and derived datasets for product, safety, security, analytics, commercial, research, operational, and support purposes.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide uploaded or synced observations and related data to DroneLook USA and to grant the license above.
Accounts, hardware, and service availability
You are responsible for maintaining account security, protecting hardware, keeping devices updated, and using appropriate power, mounting, and network conditions. We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue features, beta functionality, hardware support, cloud services, or access when needed for security, operations, product changes, misuse, nonpayment, or legal reasons.
Acceptable use
You may not use DroneLook products to:
- Violate law or rights of others.
- Interfere with aircraft, communications systems, networks, or devices.
- Attempt to jam, spoof, compromise, or take control of aircraft or communications.
- Misrepresent DroneLook data as official government, law-enforcement, or air-traffic data.
- Upload malicious data, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt DroneLook systems.
No warranties
DroneLook products and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that detections, alerts, maps, reports, hardware, apps, cloud services, or third-party data sources will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DroneLook USA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, service interruption, safety incidents, enforcement decisions, or actions taken in reliance on DroneLook output.
Service details
Pricing, hardware availability, support, warranties, retention, deployment scope, data handling commitments, and service levels may be governed by a separate order, quote, beta agreement, subscription, or written customer agreement.
Changes
We may update these terms as DroneLook products and services change. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
