Our standard

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our target for the public website. We review the product information, supporting pages, and public interactive demo as the site changes.

What we are doing

• Keeping page structure, headings, links, and navigation clear.
• Adding text alternatives for important images.
• Maintaining visible keyboard focus styles and keyboard access to menus, product tabs, and screenshot viewers.
• Providing written descriptions of the silent app demos and a readable HTML version of the sample site report.
• Keeping product and contact information available without requiring an account.
• Making product pages and navigation readable without JavaScript, with images sized for mobile screens.
• Checking text contrast, narrow-screen layouts, keyboard operation, and reduced-motion preferences.
• Reviewing reported barriers and making fixes as quickly as practical.

Demo and other experiences

The interactive Command demo requires JavaScript and uses visual maps. Its live simulation updates automatically and currently has no global pause control. We have not completed a comprehensive screen-reader assessment of the demo. You can read the Command feature and screenshot descriptions and the HTML sample site report without using the interactive maps. Contact us if you need help exploring a workflow.

Stripe checkout, the signed-in Command portal, and the mobile app are separate experiences from these public pages. Our website checks do not establish their accessibility. Please report barriers in any of these experiences using the contact above so we can help and investigate.
